Shipping Policy

Please review the following details regarding our shipping schedule and options: 

Shipping Schedule:  Most orders are shipped from the Barrie, Ontario FedEx Terminal.  Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday  will be shipped on Wednesday of the same week. We use FedEx Canada for overnight shipping to most urban areas in Canada. Sorry cannot ship to Atlantic Provinces as next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. Your Seahorses will be carefully packaged and shipped in an approved Styrofoam container with oxygen filled waterbags to ensure your pets arrive alive.

Delivery Conditions:  While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain conditions beyond our control (such as weather,  carrier delays, etc.) may affect delivery times.  Deliveries are made by FedEx Canada. 

Shipping Costs: a flat rate of $80.00 will be charged to most areas of Canada, rates may vary for certain areas not within the shipping corridor. 

Local Pickup:  Seahorses can be arranged directly from our location in Midland, On.
