Arrive Alive Policy

At SEAHORSES.CA our goal is to provide our customers with Healthy Lined Seahorses. We will take care in packaging and providing quality shipping techniques in having your new pets arrive to to you alive and safe. In rare situations transport of livestock can be affected due to weather conditions and transport delays. Therefore we have developed a Refund Policy, with the following terms. Please read below as how to claim a refund should a problem arise.     

- it is important that you are present to accept your delivery

- Livestock that arrives alive but later perishes due to acclimation issues, 

   improper handling, or incorrect water parameters or claims made beyond 

   a  2-hour window after delivery will not be accepted.

- if the seahorse appears to have not survived its journey to you, must please

   take a 60 second video of the unopened bag showing the seahorse in the bag 

- contact us promptly by emailing getseahorses@gmail.com 

   or by calling 1-905-716-3710

- upon your claim being validated a replacement seahorse will be sent 

   to you (pending availability) or a Credit Refund will be awarded for a 

   future purchase
